The new announcer's voice

So...do you like new announcers voice better than the Melee one?

I definitely do. The melee one was cool and stuff, but the Brawl one sounds a lot more epic and heroic. Its awesome.

I haven't been able to hear his voice all that clearly from the vids I watched. A link to a clear one would be appreciated.

But from the limited point of his voice it does sound better.

I don't like it... sounds too fake. I know, that's ironic because of how the previous announcers sounded, but I really liked the Melee announcer best.

I wonder if we will have the option of picking between multiple announcers like in some other games? You never know until you know for sure.

i always though the melee one said sudden rival since about two weeks ago. then i actually thought it out and realized it said survival. i think this new one kinda sounds like a constapated old guy, but hopefully this one is a bit more clear

His voice does sound a lil funny. But has a good essence to it for Brawl. I like it.

I love how that vid has Samus get pwnt by a hammer in the freeze frame

the announcer's voice seems really good and epic.
I have to admit I'll miss melee's: "Reeaady? GO!"

i love the brawl one a lot better. there's a video on youtube somewhere where the announcer says diddy kong, mario, and meta knight. it sounds absolutely EPIC. the only phrase that was epic in melee for me was- READY? GO! and then hearing the race to the finish music.

I like the Brawl one better than Melee's, the one in Brawl has more feeling that he is into the game and its matches. I also like how he yells out Sudden Death in this video. He sounds epic and deadly. The one in Melee is alright but it doesn't really seem he isn't that excited enough.

The original had a pretty bad announcer. He didn't say "Training Mode" he said "Training Ball". The Melee one was PERFECT! The Brawl one is alright, but it sounds fake (like the guy tried too hard). I wonder if it's the same announce through out?

The announcer definitely sounded better then melee. I hated to melee one when he said MariO or PikAchu. Notice the capital letters.

Oh for Classic, I hope that they record each match up. I didn't like how the voice tone changes for the different characters they announced. So, when saying "Mario VS Link" ot would be one sentence instead of strung together recordings.

Melee Announcer > Brawl Announcer.
At least the Brawl Announcer has a sort of Epic voice to him, more so than melee. Melee announcer was just pimp.

Its better than Melee's if you ask me .You can actually hear what the hell hes saying.And his voice somehow fits the main theme this time around.Hard to explain but its werid how his voice fits the over "tone"this game is offering.If anything tho,this game is already 10 times more dramatic than previous instillments thanks to the universal Final Fanasty music director alone(forgot his name,forgive me).
