Um, it's a true statement. It is only, as far as is known right now, being released in Japan. Until it is known to be released anywhere else, that will always be a fact.
Yeah it's about a month after the release of Smash (in Japan).
I don't think this merited its own thread, this should probably be merged with the one already made.
That still doesn't change the fact that the topic title is giving people the impression that it's never going to happen. To be quite frank, anyone with basic knowledge of the US gaming market will be able to see this will come out outside of Japan, it's probably more warranted in the US than Japan.
That doesn't change that the new 3DS is only being released in Japan, very soon in fact.

It literally will be, for a little under a month.
But that does not mean it isn't planned to release elsewhere. It's just a timed regional exclusive, only because of manufacturing and localisation limits. Again, par for the course.
Nintendo has directly told Eurogamer that it plans to release it in Europe in the future. A European release is confirmed. So you're topic title is spreading misinformation. Swallow your pride and change it (because you seem to be hanging onto this claim for no other reason. You're going against facts and logic here).

That is literally everything it changes. Your semantics about it being only in Japan for a little while is just that- semantics. Japan often gets things first. You're arguing saying "Smash Bros 3DS is only releasing in Japan" because they're getting the game first. That's exactly what you're argument is saying and it's asinine
