The Little Cup!​

Hey, I'm FaWa, and a bit new to SWF, but not to the competitive scene. I've decided to make a tournament based on 10 of the smallest/cutest/Bad*** characters in Brawl to showcase there epicness. The Tournament will have 9 entrants.

Rules​

-> All matches will be three stock, best two out of three
->Timer should be set to 8 minutes.
->After a suicide attack, win will be awarded to the one who exacuted the suicide
->When time runs out, one with the most stock will win. If there is an equal amount, the one with the least percent will win.
-> A game with extreme lag will be decided with a coin flip.
->IC cg is allowed until 150%.
->I have the final say in everything.
-> If you want, take some kind of video evidence to make sure your opponent is not cheating.
-> Items set to off and none.
-> Follow ALL official rules unless otherwise stated here.
-> Stalling is big no-no. Report it if your opponent is doing it.​

What is CG stalling?
Stalling is where you avoid all battle to run out the timer.
CGing is doing damage......
You need to separate them.

I don't use all MK.
I actually main someone almost noone mains (Samus), I just need high-tier chars to even out my low-tier(Samus.... ;_ chars.
