So, he was the easiest boss and is afraid of you!
And runs into the wall. He is so dumb he stayed in place into he froze!
THEN when you SAVE him by melting the ice, he gets mad! Then since he is dumb, he runs away instead or
blocking your path to shoot lightning or something, and step on you when you get close.

Yeah, but it was really um created by Majora's Mask so it could technically be just running on magic and the mechanical parts could all be for show lol.
