Fake.
Notice how there are no transitions between menu switches? i really don't think SSBB will be THAT sloppy.
All you need is flash to do what he did.
EDIT: Ok now it seems EXTREMELY fake.
in the last menu, its obviously the picture from the dojo, which instantly deconfirms it. And are we meant to believe that it instantly skips to the Bridge of Eldin music, and that we can't change any other stage music???

Why does the Widescreen Setting in his video suddenly have the Control menu's icon instead of it's own 4:3 box like in the Dojo updates? Well, I think it's obvious that this 3rd video is our mystery video leaker's true downfall. It's probably all just made in flash or something similar that can just be played onto a TV to look like it's running.
To be honest, I have no idea how you can get the icons wrong like that, if you're just using images from the Dojo. I mean, come on... that is just such a huge mistake, it's insane.

It is the same guy, just somebody else hosting the videos they downloaded from some specific phone video site or something along those terms. Thus, we can conclude that the 1st and 2nd videos are debunked meaning the 35 character roster mock-up may not match up properly afterall. =D

Another thing that proves its fake...no Wii remote icon on the screen when he selects the different options.
Well, reasons against that would be that the GC remote is being used. However, the flaw is in that the wide-screen option has a d-pad picture on it instead of the TV screen picture.
Then how on earth did he get the roster right? The famitsu guide came out after the video was made. I don't think anyone can make a big a guess as that. Besides, it's not like 2ch has 1 person in it, it could be from someone else riding on the coat-tails of the original video leaker.
Although you make a valid point, it was also quite clear that the starting roster would be the ones revealed on the dojo prior to launch date. This time around, there are guest characters (unlockables as obviously stated by Sakurai himself earlier). This was also done in respect with Melee. I'm calling a safe bet that it's the same leaker. The quality is just as bad. =O

Wow, the effort that must have been put into creating this, must have been massive. I was thoroughly fooled by the disc cover. Hopefully we can finally put an end to the 35 roster bulls**

Why does this disprove the 35 character roster? The starting roster in the first video is also officially confirmed by Famitsu Magazine, and the person who made never said a WORD about full rosters.
Yeah but the order of characters may be different. The whole idea of the 35 character roster still holding its own is the arrangement of characters lining up vertically. If the arrangement of characters does not suit it like the fake video leak did, then we may have found a flaw in the 35 character roster. =D
I don't see what's the deal with "omg but he got the starting roster right". Alot of people predicted the starting roster and even I predicted it perfectly right. :/

Oh, and if he made it from dojo pics, i'd like a pm showing me all of these "dojo pics" i don't see that all of the picks were ripped from the dojo. and don't start that he used something to maximize the logo, cause if he did, it'd look blurry, AND THEY DONT LOOK BLURRY.

Not really, we still have the same (as in, the one from the first "leaked" video) starting roster confirmed from Famitsu. It could still be aligned that way, we just won't know until release.
Nothing is debunked yet, stop saying it is when it isn't until the game is out.
That is excatly why I inserted "may" in there. =P

I was suspicious that the leaker was faking it after his last, incredibly pointless "leak" video. Now after this one, I'm convinced that he's faking it. Nobody who had the game for a week would just put out worthless videos of himself putzing around on the menu screen instead of revealing new and exciting info. He's obviously playing us for fools.

Well there's no point in making the videos in the first place. If he's doing it to show us all what Brawl's like, then he should know that nobody would find a video of him moving around the menu interesting. And if he's doing it to prove that he has the game, then he would include a battle of some sort. Obviously he can't, because it's fake.

There's another way to tell it's fake thats very noticeable,when you go over an icon it is supposed to highlight.And in this video it surely does not.
