Hey weegee mains I'm sure none of you know me because I main wario and alt luigi and never post in here,but anyways I figured out a combo for luigi vs mid to heavy weights
Its dthrow <sh fair<dair<buffered downtilt
You also have to di towards them while doing the fair and dair(use the c stick) but it works and is guaranteed 38% here's the vid of me doing it

I believe only fastfallers like CP, Falco, and Fox will be affected unless you spike with the dAir, in which case everyone is game. Luigi's less of a pre-canned combo character and more of a do-it-on-the-fly combo-as-you-go kid of character.
