The "I Don't Know What Announcer Mod This Is" Thread

Yeah. My friend is using this really cool announcer mod for his PM build but he says he can't remember where he found it. My gut feeling is that it's the Project Monolith announcer, but there aren't any preview videos of it and I haven't heard it so I can't be sure. Could somebody put up a Project Monolith preview video so I can compare the two? Thanks!
