The Hyli Combo.

Marth players. For years people have strived to find the perfect combo. The one that works no matter what. The one that people will yell when you pull off. For awhile people may have thought this to be the Ken Combo..but no. I have found it. After 5 years of struggle I have come across the Ultiment combo. This is the combo to rule them all. Behold. What I am about to tell you may impact your life forever.

The Hyli Combo:
Upsmash. Forward Smash.

Unbeatable.

Make sure you are beside them when you Upsmash and that they are on the ground so that you do not sweet spot it. This will knock them to either direction of you in perfect tipper range. It is so unexpected that it is impossible to tech and if they do they will not roll. Perfect tipper.

There you have it. Make good use of this. I am trusting you marth players.

Does the u-smash put opponents into the right spot for a tipper when they are at higher percentages? I'm thinking that they might travel too far up and thus be out of range for a f-smash. But if not, then this would be an awesome KO move.

I wouldn't say that this combo sets itself up for the tipper every time.

I do this combo a lot, (always by accident because I hardly use usmash) and it works every time. They never tech and I always get a fsmash off because of it. Tipper though?

Anyways, yes this combo is too good.

Upsmashing someone on the ground doesn't really send them up only slight to the left or right letting you tipper then at almost any damage.

Edit: Yeah B-will it isn't always a tipper but if they tech and don't techroll it will always be a tipper.

This combo is amazing.

This actually works, in reality. My friend does it on me when I'm Falco sometimes. He'll chaingrab me, and reads my DI with another grab or F-smash, but if I don't DI, he'll upsmash me, and sometimes follow it up with F-smash. o__O We're not nub, either.

The best way IMO is to Upsmash out of your shield into it.

This combo is good if you accidentally USmash (for whatever reason), but for the most part I wouldn't rely on it too much. >_>

It is only the best combo ever.

Why would you name it after yourself then? Combos really don't need names. Usmash -> Fsmash combo. Whoopie.

It's one thing if other people name the combo after you, but it's just big-headed to name a combo after yourself, when other people have been doing it long before anyway.

I am doing this mainly to make fun of the TGM combo which TGM named after himself even though I have seen ken use it..It is annoying to go to a tournament and hear "TGM COMBO!!!" over and over...So I randomly came up with the most absurd combo I could think of that actually works sometimes and yelled out HYLI COMBO!!! in the middle of a match >_>.... I am not so concieted to name it after myself..I came up with firedashing..and called it firedashing not hylidashing lol.

Oh yeah and uh..Hyli combo FTW?!!

IMO means in my opinon.

Firedashing is something I invented..its a fox ledgegrab move thats pretty much pointless but to be very flash and might work in teams...Go the the fox forum and look at Dalals fox topic that has all the tricks in it..actually I will go find it right now.

Firedash (Courtesy of Hylian)
A risky (without much practice) but flashy way of grabbing the ledge. When you are on the stage, jump so that you are above the ground. Don't double jump or you'll go too high for the move. Just jump once and then start charging your firefox. That wasn't the hard part. Now, aim your firefox into the ground so that you will hit somewhere near the ledge, but not too near. If you do it right, Fox will bounce off the ground and then land in a wavedash-like animation, in which he will slide off the edge. So then how do you grab the edge? Well, if you press the opposite control stick direction WHILE you are in this slide animation, Fox will turn around and you'll slip off and grab the ledge. So the steps for this move are: Shorthop or Full Jump, Firefox Into the Ground Near the Ledge, Hold Away From the Ledge. Firedashing is awesome!

This is a great comobo but doesn's always end up in a tipper unless the opponet is the exact distance away to your side on the usmash, so that it will send them far enough to the side for a tipper fsmash.

Um actually you, short hop to Dair, the L-cancel and grab em after they bounce, knee em then throw up, jump and do a Nair to propel them forward, chase them with a Fair, then land and F-Smash em. That's the Forty Hell Butterflies Combo.

It's a shame that the Forty Hell Butterflies Combo is completely ******** and would only work if your opponent was at very low dmg and had the hand eye coordination of a braindead slug, since anyone could get out of it at multiple times. I guess the Hyli Combo is better.
