I wasted a bunch of time trying to figure out how to get a google apps script to work which would prevent the same respondent responding multiple times. Couldn't figure it out, so unfortunately the data will have that risk of tampering.

However I can't seem to set up a google apps account so that I have the the options he describes in the tutorial. It's actually pretty frustrating..and google is usually so user friendly.

After some more digging, I think this script would not work anyway since it only works within a given domain. So, only useful if all respondents have the same domain name (i.e. gmail.com or whatever). Sooo - oh well.
