Who is Batsu

Batsu Ichimonji is an impulsive but kind-hearted student of Taiyo High school and is investigating the recent brainwashing of students at a rival high school
which take him on a long journey in which he finds new information

The franchise has seen a glimmer of hope with Fan-favorite character Akira being announced as a street fighter5 character for the final season
so With that in mind Why Not Batsu for smash
