As you can see on my location, I'm from Copenhagen in Denmark, which is en Europe.
That means I'm stuck with PAL. I don't know who to hate for making PAL suck so much.
Sheik's Dthrow is harder to chaingrab. Her Uair has been significantly nerfed.
Marth's spike is gone... I love playing Marth, but it seems stupid when you can't even do the most basic combo he has.
The list goes on. Most characters have had small adjustments that ruin the fun for me sometimes. But one thing I was surprised to see, was that Falcon's "Gentleman" is easier to perform. I was like... really? Was it ever hard?
I remember back when I played as a 10 year old that I was doing the gentleman without even thinking about it. In fact I was thinking "Alright time for some extra jabs" and I actually had to put effort into "failing" the PAL gentleman. (Which should totally be renamed "The gentle pal" ^^)
And now I begin noticing that even the absolute best of the best seem to fail the gentleman pretty often.
People who can moonwalk so extreme, that Michael would get jealous. People who never miss a techroll, L-cancel, meteor cancel or walltech.
People who read minds, kill mufasa, hack and spread silence, (hehe) all seem to not be able to do it consistently in a match.
Could someone describe how tricky it is? Maybe compare it to other tech such as multishining, wobbling or maybe even Samus' super wavedash
To me it seems this is one of the most advanced techs in NTSC. While in PAL it's the 3rd thing any noob Falcon learns.
A - Jab.
"Cool"
A,A - Jab, Jab.
"Pretty cool"
A,A,A - Jab, Jab, Knee
"Hmmm.... Hey Patrick, how did you do that thing when he was like doing a million jabs?"
