Who is Cole McGrath?

Cole McGrath is the star of Sucker Punch Production's inFamous series. He was a normal bike messenger who gained electrokinesis abilities after being caught in the blast radius of an exploding Ray Sphere.

How will he fight?
Cole has a plethora of lightning-based abilities. The inFamous games allow players to pursue both a good and evil path, so Cole may have a mixture of his abilities from both sides of the morality coin. EvilWaluigi has his own ideas for Cole's moveset:

What are his chances?

Sadly, Cole is a pipe dream pick. Sony is not playing nice when it comes to their properties. Still, Cole would be a cool character to see in Smash. We could use a electricity user outside of Pikachu and Pichu.
