Okay, so, my last one was a huge flop, so I'm starting over fresh! Here are the rules:
Basic Rules
We will have 12 contestants, who submit dream rosters to someone who signs up as a "librarian". NOT ME!!! I am playing! Then, on each round one of the contestants becomes a judge, and has everyone else guess their dream rosters. The maximum number of slots is 50, and all confirmed characters must be there. After the round is over, the librarian shows the judge's dream roster, and uses a points system that I will explain here.
The Points System
If there are any characters or cuts you hate, you can take away up to 4 points for every character you hate. And if there are any characters you like but didn't think of, you can add up to 4 points for every character you like. In addition, if a newcomer was there but was extremely hard to guess, you can give that person their points back.
Hints
In addition, you can give hints at the beginning of the round. The hints can be anything, from a cryptic and creative poem, to a scavenger hunt, to just a basic list of hints. Don't make the hints give away stuff, make them cryptic (You don't have to, though, it's just for fun). Also, if the librarian catches you making fake hints, then you will be disqualified and we will get another contestant in your place.
The Outcome
Everyone keeps their points after the round for a total score. Whoever has the most points at the end wins. There are no eliminations in this game.

- While making your dream roster, use the colored borders feature of the Roster Maker. Each newcomer will have a rank. Important characters have a yellow border on the roster maker, semi-important characters have a green border, and non-important ones have a red border, while all Brawl veterans are blue.
- Guessing an important newcomer is worth 4 points.
- Guessing a semi-important newcomer is worth 2 points.
- Guessing a non-important newcomer is worth 1 point.
- Missing an important newcomer deducts 2 points.
- Missing a semi-important newcomer deducts 1 point.
