The Cali Pound 5 Hotel Thread

So registration for discounted hotels ends January 19th. More info is in the Pound 5 thread regarding registration.

Nonetheless, I reserved a 4-person hotel for friday-monday @ $480. (after fees and taxes).
I know most people are used to packing the hotels, but I'm not 100% sure what the policy is at this one. I heard from some barwlers and plank that they will be checking to ensure people don't cheat the system by packing several people into one room.

Anyway, this post serves as

1) a reminder to start booking @ the discounted rate and
2) a post to see who would be interested in rooming with me.

Some of my roommate requirements
1.) can't be a douche
2.) preferably doesn't snore
3.) will take a shower
4.) won't jack people's stuff
5.) moderately responsible (I shouldn't have to hound you for the money)
6.) Isn't annoying about money. (You will pay $120 if we are splitting this exactly 4 ways)


Now, if it turns out the 4 person/room policy is not that strict, I am willing to do as many as 8 people, but I have the right to 1/2 a bed each night.

It's impossible to regulate though, so I would hope everyone would be able to control themselves for a weekend.

i'm sure you saw my thing on facebook tafo, but me and zhu are looking for a room (though zhu isn't staying monday night, just 3 nights), and j666 and his gf from so cal too

i was thinking that if we could keep our room low key and no one in the room is really loud/partying, you could stuff 6-8 in there depending how'd they monitor how many you have. it's up to you though what you think, i'm going to see if plank knows anything
