19. Snake
22. Sonic

Listed as starters, but confirmed as unlockable by CoroCoro and Sakurai's journal.

29. Roy
30. Pichu
35. Dr. Mario

Obvious cut characters. Only Roy has even a chance of returning, and its so slim that hes a warning flag whenever he appears on a roster.

In addition, all characters from Melee are on this list, and it has long since been confirmed that not all characters will be returning.

42. Spyro

Huge warning flag right there. Makes no sense whatsoever for him to be in Brawl under any circumstances.

43. Leon Powalski

Nonsensical to begin with, infinitely more so because Wolf, a much more major and popular character of the series who also happens to be Leon's commander, isn't on the list.

Yeah, definitely not real. Our topic creator didn't even try to use common sense, much less make it fit with known facts.
