I'm not really sure what I can say right now, as it's singles, but I did watch some of Friday night. That crew battle with Kie running it back with one stock against six was probably one of the best Smash matches I've ever watched.

I know a lil while ago people where talking about sheiks up throw->up air 50/50 on mewtwo. Mewtwo having more trouble escaping from it cuz of his jump physics makes sense but idk if I would call it a 50/50, due to you having to read where he'll end up after the air dodge.

Yeah Top 8 for this tournament seems rather awfully conservative. Assuming Mr R beats Mr E, Komorikiri and Marss are the only real less-predicted contenders and even that is highly debatable. No real wild cards or surprise sweeps.

I'm still assuming that ZeRo is gonna win as Ally isn't a factor anymore. ANTi might pull something crazy and Komo is a little bit of a question mark but so far everything looks fairly safe.

Mewtwo is so damn overrated here

I think it's a little bit more Abadango falling off than Mewtwo being overrated. Abadango is starting to lose more often to the people he usually beats. His record with VoiD is 4-2, and the two wins from VoiD are the most recent sets.

Mewtwo's still a little bit overrated, though. I don't think anyone back then knew how to fight him.

While Abadango is adding stuff to his bag of tricks all the time, I don't think I see him trying to fix his habits.

Still have no idea who'll win. Komo and ZeRo have never faced off in bracket and Dabuz and ANTi have both beaten ZeRo before. ANTi has beaten Dabuz, ZeRo has the better record on Dabuz, Komorikiri got stomped pretty bad by Dabuz at EVO, etc. I don't see anybody from Losers Bracket taking it.
