Welcome to the official KOS-MOS support thread. This thread is dedicated to getting KOS-MOS as a future smash character in super smash bros 5 or even as a dlc character in smash bros wii U/3ds.
FAQ
1) Who is KOS-MOS and why have I never heard of her?
A. KOS-MOS is from the Xenosaga JRPG series on ps2 that released in Japan and North America. Europeans only got the 2nd episode. You likely don't know who she is because Xenosaga needs more popularity worldwide. You might recognize her from Project X Zone, Mugen no frontier: Super Robot Taisen OG Saga, Namco X Capcom, cameos in tales games, and even as a CAS in the soul calibur series.
2) What can KOS-MOS do that is so unique for smash bros?
A. KOS-MOS is a one man army. She is capable of taking care of herself and rarely needs help when battling. KOS-MOS is capable of using Blades, swords, cannons, Gatling guns, drills, beams, sabers, pistols and much more. She has so much moveset potential and would be perfect for smash bros.
3) What is her relevance to Nintendo? She seems like such an obscure character.
A. A lot of fans are quick to diminish KOS-MOS to the lowest possible level of chances but they really don't know that she does actually have chances. KOS-MOS is Namco's baby and she is put in any crossover game that deals with Namco.
A few examples include: Project X zone (She appears in this 3ds crossover game), Mugen no frontier super robot taisen OG saga (She appears in this ds namco game) She also has one of her own main series games on DS in Japan (Xenosaga I and II). Sadly, they have never been localized. KOS-MOS is also set to appear in Project Treasure by Katsuhiro Harada. It is an exclusive Wii U game and it will help her chances greatly.
BREAKING NEWS: Project X Zone 2 has also been leaked today. KOS-MOS will benefit from a sequel to a game she has already been in!
4) Do you have any movesets of her?
A. Yes, a few have been posted in the OP and will be linked in a spoiler below
Short Description: KOS-MOS is a beautiful Gynoid from the Xenosaga games. She possesses many different abilities that will be very beneficial for smash. She is the main character of the series along with Shion Uzuki. KOS-MOS is more the mascot of Xenosaga because she tends to be on the box art more often than Shion.
Now then, let's get to her abilities. I will post different gifs here

This can be a final smash for KOS-MOS
Cardsagas War KOS-MOS
This is a fangame that hasn't released yet. As you can see, KOS-MOS uses her saberm blades, guns, and extremely fast kicks to damage Samus. She can fight very similarly to this in Smash.
KOS-MOS destroys a car with her d tooth blade

CHANCES
KOS-MOS has better chances than she has ever had before. Her new appearance in Project Treasure for Wii U combined with the Xenosaga HD remaster campaign and new crossover Project X Zone 2, her chances remain above 20%. As such, she is more likely to appear in a FUTURE smash title and not Wii U/3DS.
The red eye is watching you! KOS-MOS has at least more than a 20% chance right now to get in so please respect that and read everything in this thread to see why.

ABILITIES IN DEPTH
Background: KOS-MOS has a ton of abilities that she can use in Super smash bros. Most of these will be ripped out of the Xenosaga games but also explain how they can function in smash.
KOS-MOS is a dedicated weapon. She has an ABSURD amount of abilities and weapons at her disposal. KOS-MOS is gifted with phenomenal strength and haste as part of her function to fight and destroy the Gnosis. Her body is formed from highly advanced nanomachines that allows her to transform parts of her body (specifically her arms) into various energy projectile and melee weapons. Her body is also able to self-repair and is very durable but not indestructible and she is also sheltered by a force-shield. She also possesses the ability to call various weapons from compressed space.
1) D-TENERITAS: A ball of concentrated Ether energy that she shoots from above her breast level. Once the foe is in the ball of energy, KOS-MOS throws a blade into the ball causing insane amounts of destruction. This is one of her most known abilities alongside her famous X Buster.

2) F-GSHOT: Her F-GSHOT is used with two large triple barrel gatling guns. She uses these in dire situations.
3) F-SCYTHE: A very large and very dangerous scythe which, when swung, can destroy enemies with ease.
4) Handgun: Basic handgun that she uses
5) R-BLADE: She changes her arm into a blade to attack.
6) R-CANNON: She turns her arm into a mini-cannon and fires a powerful blast.
7) R-DRAGON: A weapon summoned from compressed space which has three “claws” to it. Used to attack the enemy by grabbing onto them twice before the weapon itself is fired at them as a projectile.
8) R-DRILL: Another weapon summoned from compressed space, it is quite literally a large, hand-held drill which KOS-MOS uses to stab the enemy before using the drill function to drill into them.
9) R-HAMMER: Summoned from compressed space. KOS-MOS takes a somewhat large hammer and smashes her opponent.
10) S-CHAIN: A seemingly Ether based combat ability in which KOS-MOS hovers over the ground and three circles appear in the air and then form a triangle of energy directed towards the enemy. This kills instantly in Xenosaga Episode I if the enemy isn't immune.
11) Tertiary Weapons system: Visible in this image and this one, KOS-MOS' optional weaponry, consisting of two phase transfer cannons.Her Tertiary Weapons System is capable of a range of 130 nanometers and was developed to prevent the worst case scenario from occurring and is capable of destroying an entire armada of Gnosis. When the cannons are fired, a cooling field in the shape of glowing wings is created behind the unit. She does not often use this weapon. It’s seen, at most, three times in the entire saga. This weapon would be overpowered for smash as it can destroy planets.

12) X-BUSTER: A powerful burst of energy beams from her abdomen. Her signature move in the whole series. It also makes a cameo in Tales of the Abyss as an attack for Anise.
13) Dragon Tooth: KOS-MOS calls out a large blade and sweeps the floor in a laser like fashion.

Down b ( Ice crest) KOS-MOS freezes the opponent if they get near.
