Hey guys, I just wanted to say a few things I've noticed since becoming active on the Falcon boards.

First of all, you guys are hilarious. This is the only board on this forum I fully enjoy coming to.

Second, I love the general attitude Falcon's seem to approach this game with. They rarely play to win. People who play Falcon play to be awesome and do cool ****. There's a general attitude that views even DD camping as gay, which I think is great. I think if the entire community were like this we would have the hypest GFs ever for every national.

You guys are the best. Love you.

Also, I suppose everyone who doesn't have this attitude gets frustrated and quits after the 6000th time Falco bairs them out of their recovery.

Playing to win teaches you how to win.
Playing to do cool stuff teaches you how to do cooler stuff.

I suppose we could do both, but then how would I mentally reassure myself that "You'd beat them if you weren't doing cool stuff"?

We should make a thread dedicated to **** Falcon players do while their character is being baired offstage by everyone.

I personally keep a sandwich on hand at all times so that when I'm getting baired/marthsmashed/gayed at the edge for an hour I can munch on something and really enjoy the experience.

Couldn't agree with the OP more.

Falcon may be said to have **** matchups against high tiers, but who gives a ****? If I played Jiggs I would just have to hang myself.

I suppose it's some sort of smash-philosophical difference that separates all mains, but I guess I just don't know why I wouldn't have the CF philosophy. Get ****ed up then 3 hit>knee combo and the smash gods have leveled the playing field once again.

And by smash gods I mean smash god, and by smash god I of course mean Douglas Jay Falcon.
