Textures not working?

How do I put textures in Brawl+? I read how to put textures in Brawl, made the folders and everything correctly but they still don't show up in game.

also, PSA Characters are the same as textures right? You just put them in folder as Fit(blank).pcs?

Yes, they are the same as in Brawl. Make sure your SD card isn't over 3GB (aka an SDHC) because they won't work with Brawl or Brawl+ (except the codes). And PSA characters are the same; Brawl+ uses PSA though.
