Hello everybody, I am Terywj and this is my Event Match guide for everybody out there.
Please rate & comment, enjoy!

Please don't make fun of me because I do not know the event 51 strat. :(
--------------------------------------
Event Matches consists of missions you must clear, such as defeating and enemy etc. In order to progress to the next set you have to complete the others.

Here is how to unlock each set:
Event Match #11-20: Clear Event Matches #1-10
Event Match #21-30: Clear Event Matches #11-20
Event Match #31-39: Unlock Luigi, Young Link, Falco and clear Event Match #27
(Trophy Tussle 2)
Event Match #40-50: Unlock all the secret characters
Event Match #51: Clear Event Matches #1-50

#01: Trouble King
YOU- Mario 2 lives
ENEMY- Bowser 2 lives
STAGE- Battlefield
It's a simple one-on-one fight. Bowser is particularly slow, so use that to
your advantage. Sometimes good items might pop up so be sure to nab those. Smash
moves the best here. If you still can't beat him, then Mario is not your guy.

#02: Lord of the Jungle
YOU- Giant DK 2 lives
ENEMY- Tiny DK 2 lives
STAGE- Kongo Jungle
You must fight your minuature self is this imposed battle. Tiny DK is somewhat
hard to hit especially when its on the
same ground level as you are. Consider using down+B or down+A smash. Due to
your extreme capacity you won't fly off the stage easily. However, you are more
prone to attacks from Mini-DK.

#03: Bomb Fest

YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- Link, Samus 1 life each
STAGE- Princess Peach's Castle
This is a free-for-all match where the only items are Bomb-ombs, Motion
Sensors, and Pokeballs (Electrodes). Your enemies usually walk into the bombs
themselves so all you need is someone who can jump high. And if they don't die
from the explosions, smash 'em.

#04: Dino-Wrangling

YOU- Choose 3 lives
ENEMY- Giant Yoshi 1 life
STAGE- Yoshi's Story
You must battle a supersized Yoshi. It's easy to beat, but the only problem is
that if he swallows you into an egg, you usually fall off either side and die.
But luckily, sometimes he just walks right off for you! My personal record is
about 3 seconds.

#05: Spare Change

YOU- Ness 1 life
ENEMY- C. Falcon 1 life
STAGE- Onett
Your mission is to collect 200+ coins before time runs out. It may be a little
tough if you haven't used Ness before, but use his side+B, and side+A and you
should be fine. C. Falcon doen't really know how to collect coins anyways.

#06: Kirbys on Parade

YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- 3 Kirbys 2 lives each
STAGE- Fountain of Dreams
This is another easy mission. Use DK's down+B or someone with long-range moves
and you'll be fine. I used Link and totally owned them.

#07: Pokemon Battle

YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- Pikachu 2 lives
STAGE- Kanto PKMN Stadium
The only way you can damage your opponent is with the Pokemon that come out of
Pokeballs. Just throw the Pokeballs down because they'll just go right through
Pikachu. Maybe you'll get lucky and get some good Pokemon such as: Charizard,
Scizor, Snorlax, Unown, and legendaries.

#08: Hot Date on Brinstar

YOU- Choose 3 lives
ENEMY- Samus 3 lives
STAGE- Brinstar
Both you and Samus start off with 130% damage, so a strong smash will usually
1-hit KO Samus. Don't fall in the lava either because that might set you up for
a finishing smash move. Just smash away.

#09: Hide 'n' Sheik

YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- 2 Zeldas 2 lives each
STAGE- Great Bay
Your mission here is to KO both Zeldas...only when they transform into Sheik.
It gets quite annoying after a while because the CPU tend to switch around a
lot. My personal strategy is to use Link and hit them from a distance, then
smash them when they become Sheik.

#10: All-Star Match 1
YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- Mario, DK, Yoshi, Peach, Bowser 1 life each
STAGE- Various stages
Just a little tutorial on All-Star matches. You play each enemy one-on-one,
keeping the damage you take over each battle.
Smash away and you should be fine.

#11: King of the Mountain

YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- 2 Ice Climbers Immortal
STAGE- Icicle Mountain
All you need to do is stay alive until time runs out. I chose Fox because he
jumps well and can use Reflector (down+B)
to propel the Climbers away if they get close. Don't worry much about KO'ing
them.

#12: Seconds Anyone?
YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- C.Falcon 1 life
STAGE- Mute City
KO C. Falcon in less than 7 seconds! Just pick a strong character like Bowser
and charge his side+A smash when you start.
My own record is 0.60 seconds by using Jigglypuff and using Rest as quickly as possible.

#13: Yoshi's Egg
YOU- Yoshi 1 life
ENEMY- Pikachu, DK, Fox Immortal
STAGE- Rainbow Cruise
Keep Yoshi's little egg unbroken until time runs out. What I did here was grab
the egg, then evade their attacks. It's OK if they grab the egg first, but make
sure you get it back! Also, once you get the egg, don't accidentally throw it,
if you do, just Z reset.

#14: Trophy Tussle 1
YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- 3 Random enemies 2 lives each
STAGE- A Floating Goomba
Basically a free-for-all match for a trophy prize. C. Falcon is a good choice
because his Falcon Kick (down+B) and Falcon Punch (B) do a lot of damage and
sends your enemies flying away from you. Usually there is one guy who will hide off in a corner. Worry about him
later. When you've killed the other 2 enemies, finishing the last one will be a
sinch.

#15: Girl Power
YOU- Choose 2 lives and tiny
ENEMY- Zelda, Peach, Samus 2 lives each
STAGE- Founatain of Dreams
Due to your tiny stature, you fly further when hit. Their weakness is items.
Usually a Bomb-omb blows them up or you can have a Pokemon do it for you.
Certainly a more annoying match. I would use Samus or Fox because Samus has a
wide range of attacks and Fox has his Blaster (B) and Fox Illiuson (side+B).

#16: Kirbys Air Raid
YOU- Kirby 1 life
ENEMY- 10 Kirbys 1 life each
STAGE- Corneria
The only way to kill the Kirbys are by using Warp Stars. Simple. Just tilt
your control stick in the direction of the Kirbys.
You should clear this one easily.

#17: Bounty Hunters

YOU- Samus 1 life
ENEMY- Bowser, C. Falcon 1 life each
STAGE- Jungle Japes
This is actually a pretty hard match because C. Falcon is on your team and he
jumps to kill. Hopefully he'll fall into the pit so you can take down Bowser
yourself. Overall a medium ranked match.

#18: Link's Adventure
YOU- Link 2 lives
ENEMY- Shadow Link 2 lives
STAGE- Hyrule Temple
Shadow Link is a just a totally black Link. If you main Link this
should be no problem. Shadow Link likes to use grab attacks and fast sword
strikes. Sometimes a good item will pop up for you. Links air thrusts (up+A and
down+A) deal a lot of damage too so don't forget about those!

#19: Peach's Peril

YOU- Mario 1 life, Peach on your team
ENEMY- Giant Bowser Immortal
STAGE- Final Destination
Objective? Keep Peach alive until time runs out. Bowser is really hard to KO
since he is larger, but get him to a high % and smash him and you'll be fine. I
only maxed out 3 KO's, though.

#20: All-Star Match 2

YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- Samus, Link, Zelda, C. Falcon, Fox 1 life each
STAGE- Various stages
Remember that you keep the damage over each battle. Otherwise its just like
the first All-Star match. Grab and smash moves are the key. And don't forget
those wonderful items!

#21: Ice Breaker
YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- 2 Ice Climbers 1 life each
STAGE- Princess Peach's Castle
The object here is to KO both Nana's...the girls. This match is quite annoying
'cause once a boy dies you fail. Try smashing them off the side and just pound
the girl when they come back. Or get them separated and prevent Nana from going
back to Popo. Definately a toughie. Took me a couple tries to clear it. Good
luck!

#22: Super Mario 128

YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- 128 tiny Marios 1 life each
STAGE- Mushroom Kingdom 2
Oh boy, what's worse than a tiny Mario, you ask? How about 128 of them! There
are many different ways to clear this, but your best bet would be to use DK and
Hand Slap (down+B) continuosly. Stop if a Bomb-omb lands on your level on which
you are standing on. Keep that in mind and you should clear this marathon match easy.

#23: Slippy's Invention

YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- Invisible Fox and Invisible Falco 2 lives each
STAGE- Venom
This is another hard mission. Both your enemies are invisible! Also, since Fox
and Falco are fast they tend to hit you continuosly. A good strat I used was to
use Jigglypuff. Wait until both enemies are beneath you (pause to make sure),
then float up and when you come down use Rest! (down+B) That should send them
both flying. Just keep using that routine and you'll do fine. Use Pound (left+B)
when neccessary.

#24: The Yoshi Herd
YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- 30 Yoshis 1 life each
STAGE- Yoshi Island
This mission isn't that hard since the Yoshis are pretty easy to KO. However,
you must defeat them all in 2 minutes. An easy way to win is use aerial attacks.
If you haven't mastered them, practice a bit before trying this match. With
luck, you'll be able to snag a good item.

#25: Gargantuans

YOU- Giant Bowser 2 lives
ENEMY- Giant DK 2 lives, Tiny Mario, Tiny Peach 1 life each
STAGE- Fourside
First things first, get rid of the tiny people! That should prove no problem,
but DK is a different story. As you all already know, DK is ********, so
sometimes he falls into the gaps for you. Try uaing Fire (B) to knock him into a
hole.
(Personally, I think Mario and Peach were put in this just for laughs)

#26: Trophy Tussle 2

YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- 3 Random enemies 2 lives each
STAGE- A Floating Entei
Another fight for a trophy. No easy strategy here. Just use items to your
advantage. Again, sometimes a lone CPU will hang out on the edge relaxing.
Either save him for last or KO him with the others. Whatever floats your boat.

#27: Cold Armour
YOU- Samus 1 life
ENEMY- 3 Metal Samuses 2 lives each
STAGE- Brinstar Depths
A very unfair fight. Add up the lives and its 6 lives versus 1. Smash moves and
grab are essential here. I managed some good Pokeballs containing Moltres and
Raikou. Bomb-ombs are good too...but make sure they don't hit you...

#28: Puffballs Unite!

YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- 14 Kirbys 1 life each
STAGE- Green Greens
All of the Kirbys have their own unique B attack from swallowing a character.
But nothing really new. Another mission for DK to shine! I think you know the
drill. Hand Slap 'em away!

#29: Triforce Gathering
YOU- Link 1 life, Zelda 1 life on your team
ENEMY- Ganondorf 2 lives
STAGE- Hyrule Temple
This proved to be another tough match for me at the time because I didn't master
Link yet. You and Zelda must team up and defeat Ganondorf, who has double your
lives. Ganondorf is very powerful and if you or Zelda gets Ko'ed, you lose. Once
you win, Ganondorf will challenge you.

#30: All-Star Match 3

YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- Kirby, Pikachu, Ness, Ice Climbers 1 life each
STAGE- Various stages
The third sequel of the ever-so-popular All-Star matches. Only 4 people to spank
this time. Not much to say but smash and special attacks. And remember, your
carry your damage over fights and that items are your friends.

#31: Mario Bros. Madness
YOU- Choose
ENEMY- Mario, Luigi
STAGE- Mushroom Kingdom
Unlike the other missions before, this is a timed battle. This means you get
points based on KO's, falls, and SD's. (suicide)
The points go as follows: KO= +1; Die= -1; SD= -1; get KO'ed= -1. Try to get
both bros. into high damage so you can get 2 kills at the same time. Working on
one bro at a time doesn't help. In the end, whoever has the most points wins.
My record is +6 finishing. (7 KO's and 1 Fall)

#32: Target Acquired
YOU- Falco 1 life
ENEMY- Jigglypuff Immortal
STAGE- Corneria
You have to KO Jigglypuff more than the Arwings do. Since Jiggs starts with 70%
damage and when it dies and comes back it still has 70% damage. Make sure you
don't hit Jigglypuff up, otherwise he's done for. Try to smash him to the left
or right of the ship. My personal record is 4 KO's. If you fail the first couple
of tries, keep practicing, and you should be able to beat it.

#33: Lethal Marathon

YOU- C. Falcon 1 life
ENEMY- None
STAGE- F-Zero Grand Prix (from Adventure mode)
You don't even have to fight anyone this match, all you have to do is reach the
finish line in the racetrack from the Adventure mode. Sounds easy, but
everything is super fast. That means you, the time, and the machines. You drop
faster too. When it starts, automatically start running, when you reach the 4th
floating panel, jump on it. Then stop on the second platform over the second
pit. Then run all out to the finish! Time is scarce so move quickly and don't
mess up.

#34: Seven Years

YOU- Young Link 3 lives
ENEMY- Link 3 lives
STAGE- Great Bay
If you are used to using Link, using Young Link is a bit harder because his
sword is shorter. This match cause a lot of problems for me. Your best ove is
your aerial down+A move. That will prove to be a more useful attack than others.
Link really likes his aerial up+A, aerial down+A, and grab moves. He doesn't
really use his long-ranged attacks. Stay on the main platform because if he hits
you on a lower platform, you can easily carreen off the underside of the main
platform and to your death.

#35: Time For A Checkup

YOU- Luigi 1 life
ENEMY- Dr. Mario, Peach 1 life each
STAGE- Yoshi Story
This is quite annoying even if you can handle Luigi. Dr. Mario tries to
intercept you, but try to fake him out and make him miss. If you can't manage
that, simply go for the Dr. first. Once he's out of the way, the nurse is pretty
easy. Get her to high damage and then throw her off the screen. Good items would
really help you out.

#36: Space Travelers

YOU- Ness 1 life
ENEMY- Samus, Kirby, Fox, C. Falcon, Falco 1 life each
STAGE- Fourside, then Battlefield
This is a really hard match. Ness isn't very easy to use, plus you only get 1
life to defeat 5. For Samus, Kirby, and Fox; I jumped to the building farthest
right. Then I'd hit them continuosly with the bat (side+A smash). Once you get
to C. Falcon and Falco, the bat technique doesn't work so well on them. Both of
them are very fast so try to grab them or use Ness'
PK Fire (side+B) and then use the bat. If you have over 100% damage going into
the C. Falcon fight, I'd reset.

#37: Legendary Pokemon
YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- Jigglypuff, 4 Giant Wire Frames 2 lives each
STAGE- Battlefield
You can KO Jigglypuff and the Wire Frames yourself, but its a whole lot easier
if the Pokemon do it for you. Try to nab as many Pokemon as possible, and fast
because Jigglypuff will try to get them before you. Most of the Pokemon are
really powerful, like Entei, Zapdos, Luigia, Ho-oh, and Articuno. Sometimes
Wobbuffet pops up. He is completely useless.

#38: Super Mario Bros. 2

YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- Mario, Luigi, Peach 2 lives each
STAGE- Mushroom Kingdom 2
If you feel like you wanna laugh at these computers, do so now, 'cause they'll
be frustrating you like mad later on. A simple 4 player brawl. I used Bowser
because of his power and...well, who doesn't include Bowser with Mario and
Peach?

#39: Jigglypuff Live!
YOU- Jigglypuff 2 lives
ENEMY- 3 Jigglypuff 2 lives each
STAGE- Kanto PKMN Stadium
All Jigglypuffs have weaker stamina, meaning they fly further on hard hits than
usual. The easiest way to kill them is by grabbing them and tossing them up. Its
a 1-hit KO. One thing to mention though, there is a Jigglypuff that will watch
you fight the others, so deal with the coward last.

#40: All-Star Match 3

YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- Marth, Luigi, Jigglypuff, Mewtwo, Mr. Game and Watch 1 life each
STAGE- Various Stages
Now is where the enemies get harder, so I'll give you more info.
Marth should be easy, but don't waste too much time fighting him. Instead, lure
him to an edge and beat him up there.
Luigi's stage is small, therefore give him a good smash to one side near the
edge and he'll be done.
Jigglypuff is light, so Ko'ing him should be no problem. Sometimes he'll just
stay on Squirtle's arm and wait for his death.
Mewtwo is a heavyweight, so smash him continuosly to defeat him.
Game and Watch's place is small, so lure him to a side and smash him or throw him in that direction.

#41: En Garde!

YOU- Marth 2 lives
ENEMY- Link 2 lives
STAGE- Hyrule Temple
Now THIS is annoying. Link is really tough to beat, since his sword packs a more
powerful punch. However, Marth is fast and you can use speed to your advantage.
Your sword may be weaker, but combine with fast speed and you should get him
high % enough to send him flying. I thought this was very hard the first time I
tried it.

#42: Trouble King 2
YOU- Luigi 2 lives
ENEMY- Giant Bowser 2 lives
STAGE- Poke Floats
Bowser got really huge since last time, so 1 hit from any of his smash moves or
Bowser Bomb and you're done. When the match starts, stay on the arm and let
Bowser come down to you, then hit him with moves and usually he'll fall into the
pit and die! The second life is a bit harder. Since you're usually on the Onix
by then he'll have much more stamina. But like before, try to lure him into the
edge near the pit and sometimes you get lucky! And dodge those power attacks!

#43: Birds of Prey
YOU- Fox 2 lives
ENEMY- Falco, C. Falcon 2 lives each
STAGE- Big Blue
Once the fight starts, immediately jump onto the racing cars below. Once Falco
and C. Falcon reach you, use Fox's
Reflector (down+B) to send them both flying away. Keep doing this until they
land on the racetrack and onto their doom.
Do this 2 times to each of them to succeed. You can add a few hits before using
Reflector too.

#44: Mewtwo Strikes!

YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- Zelda, Mewtwo 1 life each
STAGE- Battlefield
Ignore Zelda when the match starts, if you KO her you fail. After 15 seconds
Mewtwo will appear and fight you. Try to focus your attacks on Mewtwo. If you
accidently KO Mewtwo and Zelda, just reset (Z). When I played this, I got a
Entei from one of the Pokeballs, got both of them to high damage, then I smashed
Mewtwo. Point? Use items when necessary.

#45: Game and Watch Forever!
YOU- Mr. Game and Watch 3 lives
ENEMY- 25 Mr. Game and Watches 1 life each
STAGE- Flat Zone
At first glance, this seems pretty easy, but your stamina is very weak, which means you fly real far on
some pretty weak attacks. Try using Mr. G & W's smash moves and his down+A tilt
and you should manage. Don't worry if you lose 1 or 2 lives, though.

#46: Fire Emblem Pride

YOU- Choose 3 lives
ENEMY- Marth, Roy 3 lives each
STAGE- Hyrule Temple
This is supposed to be one of the harder missions, but with Link I had no
problems at all. Just to give tips, Marh is quick and pretty weak, while Roy is
a bit slower but more powerful than Marth. They can really get on your nerves if
you aren't careful. If you wanna play cheap, use Jigglypuff, jump above both of
them, and then use Rest (down+B). Continue that method to defeat the Fire Emblem
team.

#47: Trophy Tussle 3

YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- 3 Random Characters 2 lives each
STAGE- A Floating Majora's Mask
The finale of the Trophy Tussle series. Obviously the last match is the hardest.
Your enemies are harder than ever. Use good items and I would choose a quick
player like Falco because he is fast and can jump very high for recovery. With Falco I
would use Reflector (down+B) and send them away. With more practice you can win
and claim the Majora's Mask trophy.

#48: Pikachu And Pichu
YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- Pikachu Immortal, 2 Pichus 1 life each
STAGE- Green Greens N64
This match is really annoying and you will really want to beat the crap out of a
Lv. 1 Pikachu after playing this.
This is not a kiddy match, this is tough! Anyways, you have to KO both Pichus to
win. Pikachu will just keep coming back so don't work on him at all! The
electric trio loves to use Thunder while your in the air, and Thunder Jolt when
your on the ground. I defeated them with a Charizard! Charizard got the three of
them to high %. Then I smashed one of them and then suicided. The using my
invincibility period I KO'ed the other one. Taking that into mind, use Pokeballs
as soon as possible. I think its nearly impossible to win this without items.

#49: All-Star Match Deluxe

YOU- Choose 2 lives
ENEMY- Dr. Mario, Falco, Pichu, Young Link, Roy, Ganondorf 1 life each
STAGE- Various Stages
The final All-Star match! This one is going to be tough. A pretty easy way would
be to Rest every character with Jigglypuff, but I'll give out each character
strat anyway.
Dr. Mario's stage is small, so try to throw or smash him off to one side. Pretty
easy.
Falco is really hard. I don't know why he's second. He should be last. But
anyways, he is extremely fast and tends to get you up high %. Counter using
someone else as fast and pretty powerful, like Roy. If you lose a life here, I
would reset.
Pichu is fairly easy but tends to hit you hard with Skull Bash. Couple of
smashes and he'll be finshed.
Young Link is fairly the same as Pichu. He tends to like his aerial down+A
attack. If you lose a life here, that's okay, but be wary as Roy will hit you
really hard and you don't to face Ganondorf with 50%+.
Roy is really annoying because he uses his most powerful sword moves. Lure him
to the edge on the left side and smash him off. Now would be a good time to lose a life (or better if not
at all) 'cause that either gives you 2 lives with high damage or 1 life with low
damage against Ganondorf.
Ganondorf is very powerful and will easily KO you in a couple of hits if you're
not careful. If you're Samus or Link, hit him with long-range attacks from a
distance before swooping in for a smash attack. If you don't have long-range
attacks, fend him off with speed, not power. Occaisionally, Ganondorf will use
his Warlock Punch from a distance (why?). That is a good time to use a smash
attack for the kill. Yay!

#50: Final Destination match
YOU- Choose 1 life
ENEMY- Master Hand, Crazy Hand 300HP each
STAGE- Final Destination
The 50th Event Match! Its going to be a toughie. You must defeat both Master
Hand and his counterpart Crazy Hand to move on. The simplest and also easiest
method is to use Ganondorf and hit one hand at a time with his up+A smash.
(A fully charged up+A smash deals 53% damage!) Focus on one hand at a time, because once one is down it makes things a lot easier to finish off
the other. I would suggest attack Master Hand first 'cause after you beat him,
Crazy Hand is much easier. Sometimes he just does nothing, meaning some
wonderful time for you to pound him.
I'll give a breif description on some of the hand's attacks.

Master Hand-

Grab: Master Hand will attempt to grab you and squeeze you for damage. Wiggle
your control stick to get free!
Lasers: Master Hand will shoot 5 lasers from his "fingertips". When he uses this
attack, get under the wrist and attack him.
Missle: Master Hand reddens and shoots 2 missles at you. Sometimes he shoots
more than once...
Hand Drill: Master Hand comes down and drills you into the ground, sort of weak.
Hand Slam: Master Hand comes down on you hard, sometimes slamming you
underground.
Swipe: Master Hand flies across the stage. The only way to dodge is to jump up.
Walk Attack: Master Hand "walks" across the stage and flicks you with his
finger. Fairly slow.
Rocket: Master Hand shoots into the sky and tries to hit you. Watch for the smoke
coming from the wrist.
Sonic Fist: Again, Master Hand shoots into the sky in an attempt to hit you.
Poke: Master Hand tries to poke you multiple times.

Crazy Hand-

(Crazy Hand's attacks are mostly the same as Master Hand's, but some of his
attacks differ.)
Bomb Drop: Bomb Drop replaces Master Hand's Missle; Crazy Hand goes to the
middle of the stage and drops bomb-like things, very easy to dodge this attack.
Spider Walk: Instead of Walk Attack, Crazy Hand walks across the stage in a
spider-like motion. Jump to evade.
Grab: Crazy Hand's Grab is the same as Master Hand's, but you end up with a
flower that gives additional damage.

Combined Attacks-

Sometimes both hands will coordinate with each other and deal some devastating
attacks. There are only 2 but they are really powerful. And these attacks
usually don't miss.
Co-op Punch: Master Hand will have formed a "come here" sign. Once you see that,
jump. Crazy Hand will come flying across the stage in a fist, fast.
Double Clap: Both hands will meet in the middle, and if you're near them you
fall asleep. I don't think the sleep hurts you but it sets you up for when they
furiously clap. If you managed to avoid falling asleep, you still have to watch
out...

Once you defeat both gloved giants, you will unlock Event Match #51

#51: The Showdown
YOU- Choose 3 lives
ENEMY- Giga Bowser, Mewtwo, Ganondorf 3 lives each
STAGE- Final Destination
This is it! The final match! It isn't going to be easy. Giga Bowser is three
times the size of Bowser. Meaning upgrades in power, defence, and special.
Giga's attacks are the same as Bowser's, except most have an extra twist. Like
fire, shadow, electric, or ice. Since he is so massive there is not much room to
dodge. ...Especially when that space is even limited because Mewtwo and
Ganondorf are there! Ganondorf still focuses on power, while Mewtwo uses his
quick multiple attacks. The best way to defeat them is to use Jigglypuff's Rest on Giga.
Usually 2 Rest's should do the job. Once you get rid of Giga, Mewtwo
and Ganondorf are a bit easier. Try using Rest on Mewtwo, but dodge any air
attacks. To Rest Ganondorf,
use Pound (side+B) and he should fly up and above you. When he comes down use
Rest! Another way to deal with Ganondorf is to lure him to the very edge. Jump
up a couple of times and when he uses Dark Dive, dodge. He should fall all the
way down to his death. Also, another way to deal with Mewtwo is to run to an
opposite side, then start charging
Rollout (B) and release when he gets close. Warning! Sometimes Mewtwo uses
Shadow Ball and if that hits you while your charging Rollout it stops you, so
wait 'till the Shadow Ball has passed, then charge Rollout again.
If you defeated them all, Congratulations! You cleared all event matches! You
will recieve a Special note for that.
Also, if you managed to clear The Showdown without dying, you also recieve a
Special note.

Thus the reason why I don't/won't be making vids. This guide is here for newcomers etc.

@CerealRabbit: Yeah, I know. Some strats could have been better, but this was made a long time ago. Maybe I'll edit stuff as time goes on...

A lot of the world records, rely on gimping, so if people are looking for help on faster times, this probably isn't the best place to look, I assume thats not what you were going for.

I think camping is the best option for the trophy tussles. That one computer that stays on the edge gets on my nerves...

sooo... wat's the special note?
You know when you've unlocked Jigglypuff in Melee, it says: "You've unlocked Jigglypuff, the pink balloon Pokemon!" I can't remember exactly, so I made that up.

If you clear event 51 without losing a life it says: "You've beaten event 51 without losing 1 stock!" ...or something like that...

Really good guide. :D I've done every other event match and beatin them but still need to figure out how to beat event 51. I thought of using Rest, it got rid of Giga Bowser but could never get rid of Mewtwo or Ganondorf. Your guide for that should help alot.

Don't give me that much praise, I don't know the easy way to clear event 51...

another way to beat giga is to use yoshi's rolling egg to weaken then to use his b-attack and send all your enemies falling
