Technical differences between Brawl and PM

Obviously PM is the superior game for very noticeable reasons. But I would like to know technically what the reasons are. If anyone could list a few or a lot that'd be awesome. I know there are a whole lot of bug fixes, but however much or little you can list is appreciated. Thanks

With the exception of RAR, No Grab Handicap and B-Reversal, everything has been changed from brawl in some way.
