Teching - has it made the cut?

i see a lot of talk about wavedashing and L-cancelling being cut for Brawl, but no one seems to have mentioned anything about teching.

any info?

Didn't specifically try it; it's hard to test things like that, because you only have 2 minutes to play after 20 of waiting and you don't want to **** around testing little silly stuff.

If DI has been severely reduced, or even cut as it would seem has been implied than ledge teching should NOT work.

That doesn't make any sense. All ledgeteching is is pressing the button to tech a little before getting hit, and then getting hit as you are up against the wall, usually in an edgeguarding situation. All DI does, and it's Smash DI, is sometimes get you touching the wall.

DI is fine, and you can even still Smash DI. Gimpy Smash DI'd a smart bomb into the stage to survive it.
