Teching and getting up anims

where can u mess with these moves? i want to tweak their invinc frames and speed, but they arent on the subactions on PSA.

I tried searching for the code used on various mods but i cant find the code or the explanation of it.

Getup animations are known as "DownSomethingD" and "DownSomethingU". For example, DownForwardU is rolling forwards when facing up (lying on back), while DownEatD is eating while facing down (lying on front). Others include DownStand, DownAttack, DownBound (when landing), and DownDamage (when hit).

Techs are known as "Passive", with the variations being Passive, PassiveStandF, PassiveStandB, PassiveWall, PassiveWallJump, and PassiveCeil.
