This is my first attempt at creating a decent team. I plan on using this over D/P wifi, but I don’t have any experience with battling other people and could use a lot of help. Feel free to recommend entirely new pokes if you feel it’s necessary. Otherwise, I’m looking for help with movesets (A couple are ones I found off various websites, and I don’t trust their usefulness) and Evs. Keep in mind that this team isn’t going to have perfect Ivs, though I plan on breeding for relatively good ones. I’m probably doing plenty wrong, but this is what I have so far:

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Intimidate
Adamant Nature
Evs: 252 speed, 252 attack, 6 hp
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge

ZOMG Gyarados. Should I put taunt on over something?

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Synchronize
Calm Nature
Evs: 252 Hp, 252 defense, 6 sp. defense
-Taunt
-Mean Look
-Baton Pass
-Moonlight

I need help with the Ev spread. Also, should I go with rest over moonlight?

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Sand Veil
Jolly Nature
Evs: 252 speed, 252 attack, 6 hp
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Brick Break
-Crunch

Should I use a choice band instead of life orb? Should I put swords dance on over crunch?

Gengar @ Choice Specs
Levitate
Timid Nature
252 speed, 252 sp. attack, 6 hp
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb
-Thunderbolt
-Energy Ball

Is this moveset all right? I’m not entirely sure what to do with Gengar.

Lucario @ Salac Berry
Steadfast
Adamant Nature
Evs: 252 speed, 252 attack, 6 hp
-Endure
-Reversal
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge

End/rev Lucario. Does it work?

Weezing @ leftovers
Levitate
Bold Nature
Evs: 150 hp, 100 defense, 100 sp. attack, 160 sp. defense
-Haze
-Will-o-wisp
-Sludge Bomb
-Fire Blast

This is essentially filler since I can’t think of anything else for my team. What should I replace it with, or should I keep it? If I keep it, how should I spread the Evs?

That’s all I’ve got right now. Please offer any criticism you have so I can make this team better.

gyarados- waterfall-> surf, and get rid of earthquake and stone edge.
umbreon= crunch at least.
garchomp- ithink that dragon pulse is better but not sure.
lucario- stone edge-> flash cannon
- earthquake-> aura sphere
- adamant-> modest/ rash
weezing-> something else

thats my opinion.

For Gyarados, you don't need that much speed. Might want to just go with 72 HP/252 Atk/184 Spd, giving you 244 speed, which is just enough to beat Jolly Ttar without a DD. It also gives you enough speed to beat Garchomp after a DD too, although you might not want to be switching into Garchomp without Ice Fang. If you want to add anything, Stone Edge goes first.

Umbreon is fine, maybe Wish over Moonlight due to prevalence of sand.

Stone Edge gives you more coverage than Brick Break or Crunch. Fire Fang/Blast for Skarm is nice. I'd replace both BB and Crunch with them. Of course if you're using Fire Blast, Hasty instead of Jolly.

HP [Ice] should go over one of its attacks with the Garchomp and Salamence craze (with Dragonite and Flygon mixed in), probably Sludge Bomb or Energy Ball. If you can't breed it (believe me, it's a pain in the ***), your set is fine. Hypnosis is okay too, even with the Specs.

Lucario is fine, it just barely beats base 140's max speed after the Salac, which is nice (not that anyone uses Electrode, lol). Save the sweep for late game, after the Quick Attackers and Skarmory are gone. Without Swords Dance, you won't be killing Skarm with any of your moves.

Thunder > Fire Blast on Weezing or Gyarados is going to have fun Taunting you. No recovery hurts, but it'll live for a bit. 72 SpAtk EVs gives you 224 (again, assuming perfect IVs. Adjust accordingly), guaranteeing a OHKO on Gyrados with Thunder. Max HP always on Weezing, and pour the rest in defense.

Btw, Unbreon doesn't learn Crunch and Garchomp's attack is a hellava lot better than its SpAtk.

Personally I like gar with Shadow Ball, Hypnosis, HP:Ice, and whatever that 120/70 special fighting attack was, @cg (who cares that they changed it to specs; there needs to be some differentiation between the specs and the scarf). Ghost/fighting isn't resisted by anything.

I would use sd on gaburaisu. I haven't done the damage calcs yet, but I'm pretty sure that with both LO and SD it should break a few barriers it couldn't with just sd. Plus LO is only like a x1.2 boost, anyway.

Otherwise, pretty much what outofdash said.
