Tanzania / East Africa

Hey, so I'm an American Smasher, I've joined the Peace Corps, and I'll be spending the next two years in Tanzania (which is in East Africa) teaching math.

Anyone know if there's a Smash scene here at all, or how to contact it? (Ideally Melee, but Brawl would be pretty good too.)

Word from AllIsBrawl seems to indicate that there's no Smash scene in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda, which is a bad sign for Tanzania. I'm still hoping though.
