pretty good. nice use of the thunders'. I think you could use a bit more nair. You should also note that the goal against falco should completely be to get him off the stage, and keep him there until he dies, so focus more on horizontal moves (i.e. uthrow>fsmash/dsmash).

Yeah nair is teh ownage on this matchup. Well I've got to try that uthrow>fsmash/dsmash thing since I always try adding damage to the max by using chaingrab/utilt/upsmash/uair combos that gets him around 80%, and then try to get him out with a bair or, if given the right damage, take them out from the top. It depends the situation.
hard to give advice to people that are better than me haha. sorry <(-^.^-)>
lawl no worries ^^

I guess it's all right if you're on FD to just combo the crap outta him, since he can't escape, but if it's not FD, you should just go for getting him offstage.

If you can techchase him when he lands on a platform then I doubt he can really escape. But getting him offstage is another good strategy. =D

Decent fox right there... You lack grab combos thats all (waveshine>jab>Uair>upsmash>grab(upthrow)>uptilt>upthrow>uptilt etc.)

Well upthrow>upsmash>upsmash>upsmash>uair deals the same ammount as doing all those alternate combos you mentioned. But thanks for pointing that out.

New vid up. Me against mah partner H@wK. Good times... good times...

Ever hear of smash DI?
lol of course I have. Actually I tried doing this on training mode, and yes Falco can escape the upsmash>upsmash combo... but he can't escape the techchasing coming after. ;)

lol falco can escape the first usmash to begin with...(if he's high enough damage). I like what you did with utilts. keep that up. if they DI where you can't usmash, just chaingrab...

thats a darn good fox. Only mistakes I saw happened around the edge. Your edge gaurd game could be perfected. I think you look for the edge hog a bit too much. Though it's good against falco's recovery, practice regonizing distances against characters. When falco is closer to the stage you might want to try a shine spike. Also make sure that your ability to sweet spot your recoveries is perfect with either ^b or >b 100% of the time. Not that you should ALWAYS sweet spot, predictablity is BAD, but to be able to do it on command is important.

HDL's marth is disgusting! Your Fox is very good, my only notes are that your shinecombos need to be 100%, even against a marth that DI's.

Really good fox.
I took a close look at the Marth game and here are some suggestions:

1. Start of strong. Marth freakin owned you in the beginning and was leading like 50% to none. You caught up, but you gave him momentum to start the game. Once you start landing the combos you want to, you gain confidence in your movements and that's a significant factor in the game. (A little psychology thing there) It feels better to start off with a lead right?
2. Be consistent! I saw bursts of awesomeness and fail during the match. At certain points you make these mistakes (like when teching you made it easy for him to land a hit on you right after) but then at other points you come out and land a really sweet combo to either kill him or send him flying far.
3. Don't be so agressive at the end! I saw that after you lost your 2nd to last stock, you flew and attacked Marth like crazy! That wasn't the same speed as you played before! I saw that you made hasty moves which led to Marth calmly controlling and manipulating your attacks. Play it smart at the end instead of making hasty decisions.

All in all- your Fox is amazing, but still has room for improvement!
I shouldn't be giving you criticism since you're like 10x better than me, but I hope this helps :p

Nice DI. You did well with using the platforms, as well. I liked how you avoided Marth's juggling quite often. You got full use of each stock (didn't die from 60% tipper after upthrow). I suggest DI'ing up against upthrow, though. You were dangerously close at one point to getting tippered by HDL, and he gave you enough time to prepare the DI.

I like your fox. Good ****. =) Maybe take advantage of shine->uthrow->upair more often, though. Upthrow uair ***** Marth.

If I were as good as you, I would be the only one I asked for critique/improvements.

Thanks for the comments so far.

Thanks for the comments people.

technomancer - My shine combos are up to date, it's just that I messed up sometimes. Mistakes happens every once in a while.

krndandaman - Yeah sometimes I get kind of nervous and end up doing stuff I don't want (like those two get up attacks, which where very punishable via tech chase). Remember that once Marth catches Fox in a combo, he can deal a lot of damage in one strike, and even end stocks if given the right situation. And yeah sometimes when I get nervous (mostly on the lasts stocks) I end up rushing a lot.

Flarefox - I try using waveshine>upthrow>upair almost everytime the Marth shows an opening... but thanks for telling me anyways.
