Unfortunately this will probably curb many good apples too, thanks to false bans and trolls reporting innocent users.

I can see this being a "for better or worse" scenario.
On one hand, hopefully this'll cap some of the idiots, but as people have said both on here and Miiverse, you could potentially screw over more than just yourself (especially with false banning).

It's just one of those things where it seems like a good idea, but with how the reporting system works it won't end well.
