Oh, god. I saw the first one on another forum. The guy's a troll, mind you, who does nothing but make hyperbolic statements based upon extremely critical research failures. Like extremely poor data from a vocal minority, or assuming stuff without even bothering to look at the facts. MK is beyond likely to be balanced anyway. His Up B was implied to be weakened as a recovery move, and we know the game is attempting high balance. It doesn't make sense to say "he'll still be op". In Brawl? I get the complaint. In Smash 4? Illogical.

I had a feeling this one in particular may have been a troll. If you don't mind telling me, what other forum did you see this guy on? I'd kind of like to see what other kinds of things he's said, just out of curiosity.

Actually, I can't really give examples. I don't want to import drama here. Long story short, he's pretty much what I said earlier. I'll leave it at that.

The only difference between what he said and the Miiverse post is the online bit. Otherwise, pretty much identical.

Anyway, due to this, I would love it if MK became low tier to shut up those kinds of people.

Have you guys ever noticed that Sakurai's Japanese page is a lot more quiet than his English page? Almost none of the Japanese posts reach 1,000 comments, but the English ones fill up overnight!

Mah Boi, if Nintendo warned everyone who quoted a CD-i game then miiverse would be empty we would have the peace all true fans strive for!

To be fair, Nintendo themselves gave permission for the CD-i games to be made. If they banned discussion of them on the same grounds as banning discussion of Project M (criminal activity), that would have some interesting implications.
