Tag Team Twist Tourny

Ok, this is my Tag Team Tourny, with a Twist, there is a unique way of forming teams. You will get to choose who you team up with, but there's a system of how you'll do it.

Four players. p1, p2, p3, and p4 will all fight each other in a:

4 stock match

8 min.

no items

on either:
Battlefield
Yoshi’s Island (Brawl)
Final Destination
Smashville
Lylat Cruise

The winner will then pick the player who they want to be on there team. The other two will be forced to team up to get another shot at winning.

There are two rules about taking a life:
1. not if it's their second-to-last life
2. not if their damage is above 110%

all characters are allowed
suicides are allowed
Ganon-cide goes to ganon
Bowser-cide goes to bowser
Counterpicks for the team battles:
Pictochat
Yoshi's Island (Melee)
Pirate Ship
Luigi's Mansion
Frigate Orpheon
Castle Seige
Summit
Pokemon Stadium(Melee and Brawl)
Halberd
Delfino Plaza
Green Greens
and all the neutral stages

I don't understand the purpose of these two rules, mainly the second one. o.0
What are they for?

The reason is that when I brawl my friends in team matches, every time some one borrows a life, it's always at the worst time.

How do you plan on enforcing that rule? What if someone gets hit to over 110% while the person is taking the stock? It would be easier to just take this rule out.

I also recommend the free for all go down to 3 stock, though that is not a big deal one way or the other.

As I told zen, friends, lives, borrow, worst times. 4 lives because: 1. it's my tourny 2. people make mistakes
