How necisarry is the use of Marth's >B combos? I suck balls at them and want to know if I need to work on them. Also, how does Marth get around Pit's arrows?

It's very good and seems that Marth's tourny level play will somewhat revolve around them, simple example of what I do, SH, F-Air, F-Air and with those moves you can get around the opponent and than begin the Dancing Blade sequence, it's almost unavoidable for your opponent and it combos really well with his F-Throw and F-Air, it's also useful for simply turning around in the air.

Ummm...dancing blade is not only one of Marth's best moves, but it is probably one of the best attacks in the game. It's quick, builds up damage and you can use it in different ways depending on the situation that you are in. His B>B>B>B^ is a great kill move for floaty characters as well.

For Pit, you can do a number of things. You could powershield them while walking closer to Pit, could short hop air dodge up to him, or you could always dodge roll up to him, etc. Pit's arrows are the most annoying things about Pit and once you get around his arrows you basically have him with ranged attacks.

Its like second the fair in my opinion.
Marths should use this move a LOT.
I don't. -_- Maybe sometimes when i remember he actually has that move, but then again I dont main Marth.

Dancing Blade, one of, if not the best move for Marth. Absolutely work on practicing it, it took me a good amount of time to get the timing down, but it's worth it. And for Pit's arrows, either powershield or spotdodge. SHADing works wonders too, especially if you're playing an idiotic Pit that just spams straight arrows instead of Blitzing/Looping.
