Well, at least the Smash Brothers games took only three games to get their characters to swim. Dynasty Warriors took five.

Yeah, this is old news, but it's a pretty cool technique they've added to the game. I'm glad they created it-- I hated sinking on all the other water stages.

But he can walk, jump, and spin under water at a slightly decreased rate, oh but don't forget to watch out for that countdown! Find the random air bubbles Sonic, find them!

I'm going to guess a brief amount of time, less then 10 seconds.
