SWF Dex Poll- Starter Disagreement

So we can actually count the votes, rather for every vote to be lost in the arguing of the SWF Dex thread, there will be a poll HERE.

First, for our squid. Should we use IC3R's rendition for a speedy squid, or Wizzerd's for a bulky one?

However.... for this.... It may effect who gets into the Fire Slot. For the Speedy Squid, a bulky fire is needed, for a bulky squid, a speedy fire.

Now, DO NOT ARGUE IN THIS THREAD.

Simply put a vote of which ones you want. It is recommened to vote IC3R and Neofant together or Wizzerd and Kittorch together, but you don't have to.

This is just to settle the arguement once and for all.

For me, I vote IC3R and Neofant.

Haha yeah, sorry about that. It kinda slips my mind a lot because I've never used it. It's a benefit to Premium (as you already guessed), so anyone with the little mushroom can do it for you. I can't move the threads though, so you still need to talk to Spire about that.

EDIT: It was never decided if Neofant would not be a starter or if it would be. A lot of people agreed with it not being one, but the option is still there. Also, as it should be pointed out, Neofant more or less stands for a bulky Fire starter more than he does for himself in this case. He just happens to be the best example. And technically no more than voting happens in this thread. Thus, no arguments are supposed to break out. The fact that I've said more than a vote is just...well, kinda flavor text. And this. Yup. NOW VOTE ALREADY. GRAR.

Joe!, the only reason UltiMario posted the title as a disagreement is because not everyone chose one Fire-starter over the other. This way, people can settle their choices with a vote.

Neophant as a starter

or

Neophant later in the dex?

Because to put it as IC3R vs Joe is going to yield very obvious results.

My intention with the revised stats was to move Neofant later into the Pokedex, where it would benefit from an increase of BST and a significantly better ability.


The question should be "Do you want a fast Water starter, or a nulky Water starter?" and simply leave it at that.

We can still decide on whether we want fast-ken or Bulk-ken, and Kittorch isnt really set in stone. (which is why I asked why this thread was made )

I, too, would like a fast Water starter...for once...

The new fire starter doesn't even have to be good.



All I care about is Tuskorch being a functional bulky Fire; it can't do that as a starter Pokemon.

I care that it is pushed back, especially since I have been given control over what happens to the Neofant line. I want it to be a good Pokemon, and it cannot do that as a starter.

Whatever the new bulky Fire starter is, I don't really care what happens to it.

The problem with that is we'd have two three stage bulky Fire/Psychic types.

Unless you make Tuskorch a two-stage and make the Stat boost a huge leap, or make it a Psychic type elephant or something and make it evolve into Tuskorch with a Fire Stone......

Are we supposed to care that the starter sucks or not? Game Freak certainly doesn't. And you were also the very person earlier in the thread that was scolding everyone for thinking about the metagame so much.

I very well just may. Growlithe has a BST of 350, while Arcanine's is 555.
Tuskorch's BST is at 555 as well.

I'll make you trade it holding Charcoal or something...
