Is it OK to link that? It doesn't contain the leaked new characters or anything, just up to 3.6.

This is an interesting point, it makes a lot of sense.I think this guy that leaked Cloud might be someone from Square Enix.
He seems to have only leaked stuff related to Cloud. I wouldn't be surprised if he's in a position to know about his relationship with Smash. Considering how he only mentions the 16th as being Cloud's release date... it makes me think he might not know when the presentation is.
And if that's the case, the only possibility is someone through Square Enix.

Well, on the one hand, they're jumping the gun.
It wasn't really substantial information of any kind though. If it contained unrevealed content, then I would've talked to Push privately. With the post in the image, he just said he had a source and that was all.
