This does not sound like a map theme at all.

It sounds like the kind of music that would play when you are forced to make the most difficult and earth-shattering decision, in your entire life.

"So what will it be, Fox McCloud - the safety of the Lylat System, or the truth behind what happened to your father?"

"Will you take the red pill? Or the blue pill?"

"Coffee...or tea?"

It sounds like the kind of music that would play when you are forced to make the most difficult and earth-shattering decision, in your entire life.

This is definitely the song where they have that montage everyone is gearing up for the climactic final mission.

I can see the crew preparing. Adjusting boot straps and grabbing equipment.

Slippy makes final adjustments to the arwings and gets some gadgets

Peppy looks out the Great Fox's windows, awaiting the imminent threat, fearful of the future, and hoping for the peaceful past he reminisces for.

Falco makes one last weapon tests and makes sure he will be able to kill every damn monkey he sees.

Fox stares into the mirror back at himself. R.O.B. 64 announces over the speakers they are approaching Venom Airspace (Area 6?). Fox leaves his room and closes the door. The camera pans to a photo of James McCloud next to the mirror.



Fox is walking down the hallway, and the team forms in on him and they begin to walk in unison towards the hangar.

What is this show that your talking about? If there's really a villain able to rival Cipher in term of awesomeness than you got me interested.

It's Wander Over Yonder. An adventure comedy that's all about a young fellow that travels the galaxy to befriend everyone (even villains). One of those villains would be Lord Hater (Think an immature version of Skeletor) and he would sometimes take over planets with his army of Watch Dogs. It's pretty episodic and only few episodes focus on the planetary takeover subplots.

The character in my avatar Lord Dominator, is one of the top villains of the Intergalactic Villain Chart. Similar to Monsters Inc., taking over planets is something of a contest for villains like her and she's the main antagonist of the second season. Despite acting like an easily excited cheerleader, she can be pretty cruel at times (killing one of her own robot henchmen for betraying him) and taking advantage of Hater's crush when she needs to. There's something else that easily makes her as big of a threat as Cipher, but that would be a huge spoiler.
