According to SMD64's leak, it only lists games Nintendo is publishing in America, so YW2 has a chance.
It's either RH+ or YW2 that gets revealed, for Torte City.

Look at the Monster Hunter Generations leak, and then look at the European Direct leak.
The European Leak just so happened to have MH Generations in it, and then someone finally found the trademark for Generations.
I think its possibly valid.

Fair point, I just stated more info, I don't think it's fully confirmed, but it at least is evidence. The trademark and star fox idea, seem to add to it.

Same way Sun and Moon's are by Nintendo.

Not just anyone can create trademarks for games, they need to be the company themselves.

Well, my question about that trademark was when it was filed. If it was in the trademark database before the leak came out, the leaker could have just taken that trademark and added it in like it was nothing.

The only way it could give some credibility to the leak is if it was filed after the leak.

I don't think it's possible( there are laws and a strict process to going about this)

But if it did happen, they would be screwed.

They more then likely be jailed for fraud.

The trade mark was made by Nintendo but was not meant to be public. It was confirmed( from what I've read anyway) that an employee leaked and listed the trademarks early.

I know, but as I said in my other post, it's just something to add and consider with it. Never said it guarantees it.

That is what I'm saying and it absolutely is. It's literally almost as easy as making a content ID claim on Youtube. "Pokemon Gray" Is a particular example that comes to mind. A Half Life 3 trademark was made once that ended up being fake.

"Monster Hunter Cross/X" is the same thing as Generations in a lot of ways. Was the trademark even made by Capcom? And when was it made?

Not to mention it's a European Direct leak, so it won't contain the same stuff they US one will

Doesn't have to be E3 for a game to be announced. MM3D was revealed in a November Direct. Besides, theirs most likely going to be a heavy emphasis on NX stuff so having something like a new GS game would be better suited for a Direct before E3.

And this time I know better than to get my hopes up. It happened before in December and i'm not doing it again.

We need to be thorough on this stuff. Even if it certainly looks real, the margin of error still exists as long as no one checks up on these details or posts what they find, and skepticism will continue to exist as long as the information isn't confirmed.
