1. Exactly how long does the effect last?
2. What's the rate that these fireballs come out? (you know, every X frames or so)

Yeah, I'm just hoping someone who knows or can access the exact data can answer this for me. Just casual questions.

I'm not expert with the inner workings of the game, but according to a Youtube video I watched right after reading this thread the effects last for 15 seconds (I counted) - this is how long most transformation items last for. As for the rate of fireballs, those are very difficult to count given how they move faster than the naked eye can handle...at the very best I would count 4-5 fireballs being shot out in a coned area in less than one second.
