Elemental System
Rather than have each character have specific elemental alignment, instead each attack has an elemental property which can be super effective against enemies or bosses, each enemy can also use elemental attacks which can afflict units with status effects, some character have more vulnerability to certain status effects than others. There are also equitable armor that can be worn by units to give themselves elemental strengths and weaknesses

Every step has a chance for the victim to sneeze causing small damage and stun time

Frostbite
Same as burn but the more severe it is the more crippled the defense stat gets

As you attack you take a small amount of damage
