Two portly plumbers begin to run though the green feilds with a letter in their hands

Letter: Bwah ha, I have capture the pricess if you want her back plumbers I demand the power stars, I will be at the point of interest and will be awaiting such an ransom

(Note I making this universe an alternate reality so there may be some personality changes)

The two plumbers are in pursuit of the kidnapper and follow him to a hill in the woods

The plumber in red confidently goes though the thicket while the plumber in green more nervously enter though

Chapter 0 Princess Rescue

Okay I am now doing something new

JOB 1: MAKE THE FIRST DUNGEON OF THE GAME

For this first job I would want you to make what you would think un this context the first dungeon would be like

I would like the dungeon to feature some elements of the following:

Basic structure: What would a rough idea of the dungeon would look like, any features like a shape of the structure of the rooms

Gimmicks: All dungeons need a gimmick and this first one is no different, for the tutorial level the puzzles should revolve around getting use to the mechanics

Enemies: What enemies live in this dungeon, there should be a good mix of weak small fries and more stronger enemies, though in the tutorials case there should be more skewed to the weaker variety (I made a template above so you can make enemies easier) also so far focus on mario enemies

Music: any music you would like to use to add soem life to the dungeon, send them via video format

Name: Every dungeon needs a name so it would be best you add a unique name so I can track you

So by 3 to 2 Goomboss will be the tutorial boss for Smash Metagon

With this information we can start the story

Ahem...

Their are many universes and possibilities, with many differences, some minor like someone is wearing a purple shirt instead of a red shirt or major like the exstancd of magic or phycockinises, however sometimes their are times when universes fuse together and form into a great world

This is the story of one such universe, a universe of Smash
I see you are taking a 'Rod Sterling' approach. Is this happening in the game as a narration, or are you simply being theatrical?

This is just being theoretical, I'm pretty much making it up as I go but I want some reason to the events of the story, this game is in a separated continuity from the main smash timeline

My next step is try to have this thread spread more so it wont be just two guys having a conversation, you know make it more to the masses

(Formatting is very much a hassle on mobile devices, and it often leads to unintended consequences, so I shall describe with text alone.)

I am thinking that the first dungeon is an actual dungeon, and it is called the Dungeon of Gloom. It is very damp and dark. Water drips from the ceiling and causes a debuff each time it drips on a character. The enemies encountered within include shyguys, who drop protective masks occasionally, koopas, bullet bills, and goombas, who chase proximal players when they are not engaged in battle. It is here that the player is introduced to fundamental gameplay and a variety of threats. The tutorial mission terminates with an escape from the easy boss, King Boo, who becomes harder later, to the outside world, where it is discovered that something is amiss.

(Pardon the lack of inspiration. I really had trouble thinking of complete material for a full stage.)

Okay I think your working with something, and since your the only one who responded I guess you the only winner

The Two Plumbers follow the kinddneapped process to her captor, inside they are in a place of dampness and smelly smells

Dungeon of Gloom
"Mushrooms with legs, their grumpy expression could be compensating for their lack of actual skills"
Goomba (Mario)Bite: A weak fanged bite, deals minuscule damage

Furrowing the Brow which does nothing
Drops: NothingThey has zero defences and are basically smallfry

"There called shy guys but if they socialise with the other dunegon goons that kinds dosnt make sense"
Shy Guy (Mario)Slap: a series of weak rapid slaps

Yoink: it can rarely steal an item
Drops: Shy Mask, gives +2 defense (10 percent)no special defenses to exploit

"Shelled hooligans, watch out for the color of their shells as they can give special resistances"
Koopa (Mario)Shell Spin: a chargeable move that takes 2 turns that can cause decent damage if not blocked

He looks off lazily doing nothing
Drops: Koopa Shell a consumable projectile attack
(25 percent)
The shell color determines the resistance it gets

Green: Nothing
Red: Fire
Blue: Ice and Water
Yellow: Electricity

The Dungeon of Gloom is as I previously stated smelly and gloomy, in one case the green plumber got I'll from mold and got poisoned partway though, but luckily a healing mushroom helped his sickness.

After soem simple block pushing puzzles the two plumbers come face to face to the boss of the cave, one Goomboss

Goom: Ha so you twe plumbers are squshing my goombas, I won't let you do that, bullet bill squadron attack

After avoidnthe complicated bullet bill pattern the two plumbers come face to face with goomboss

Huh? Who are you two

MARIO AND LUIGI

Goomboss begins the offence


Goomboss (Mario)
"King of the Goombas, he rules with a shining crown, but with the big crown come a small brain"
Goomba Call: Summons a few goombas to help him

Faceplate: he plants his face on the ground, has a chance to miss

Big Bite: doesa slightly strong bite
Goomba Wave: a two turn chargeable move that causes microgoombas to rain from the sky

Furrowing the eyebrows doing nothing
Drops: Goomba Emblem proof you defeated Goomboss king of the goombas (100 percent)He is tougher yes but still has the weaknesses of a goomba
