Smash 3DS Super Smash Bros. for 3DS commercials just started airing.

The tagline was "Settle It In Smash!", and there was a little schoolgirl being a badass. ...That's all I remembered. :p

...And it was kinda bad. :/

Yeh I saw it. Was gonna make a thread for it but was waiting for the video to pop up on youtube so I could embed it.

For those who haven't seen it it's basically people fighting over a bus seat.

So it's a typical Monday in New York. Meh. I still remember N64 smash's commercial. They were playing a song by the Turtles as DK, Yoshi, Mario, and Pikachu were all happily walking through a field, then out of nowhere one of them socks Mario and they start fighting one another.

We need a remake of that that ends with Wii Fit Trainer and Duck Hunt ganging up on them. :colorful:

They were all decent actually. The ads do their job effectively and kids will go out and beg their parents go buy the game.

I'm pretty sure a good percentage of NA knows this game is coming out and have it on their list anyways though.

The sad thing is that these commercials have probably been the best advertising effort Nintendo put out this year. At least they were "so bad, its good" territory. I still think Nintendo should be taking lessons from the guy who made this awesome fake commercial:

If they were trying to make these commercials funny.
They succeeded.

They're funny but mainly because they're so cringeworthily cheesy.

I just hope for the Wii U one they do a sequel/shout out to the N64 commercial.

Anyway, the Little Mac one was the best. Just more proof that Doc Louis makes everything better.

For a Wii U Sm4sh commercial I'd love to see two guys dressed as Mario and Little Mac (or any characters) go to the zoo then up to a gorilla enclosure, and after squinting for a second, say "There!" then jump in only to be confronted by Donkey Kong. And then.... SMASH
