Rules to be updated for Omega banning rules

Rules:
best 2/3 unless agreed to 3/5 or if you're playing ANY finals match (3/5)
3 stocks
8 minutes
no items
customs allowed, but you must tell you're opponent what your customs are and what they do if they don't know what the move does
equipment is banned
Mii fighters are allowed but it applies to the same rules as the customs
Gentlemens rule (all players can agree and play on one stage) is in effect
Daves stupid rule (cannot select a map you win on) is in effect, gentlemens rule is superior to this
least percent (both teams)/most stocks wins if timer goes out
ties are settled with a rematch
first match you must select your character before you pick a stage. when all of you have picked the stage and the game tells everyone when they're READY! DO NOT START THE GAME. make sure everyone knows the customs of every player.
next game winning team selects characters, tells the other team their customs and characters, then the other team selects their characters and tells the winning team they're characters and customs
OK!! you're bored now!
3 stages get banned when someone loses by the winner and the loser picks the stage
1-2-1 strike for starters
STARTER STAGES: Kongo jungle, Battle field, FD or any omega besides big battlefield and lylat cruise, Town and city, and pilotwings
COUNTERPICK STAGES:
Yoshi's wolly world
Big battlefield omega
Big battlefield
Smashville
Lylat Cruise
Delfino plaza
Wuhu island
Lylat Cruise omega
Windy hill
Skyworld
Castle seige
Halberd
Skyloft
