Somewhat noteworthy from pools and doubles yesterday:
There was a 1132 Brawler in both. Z2G is a pretty impressive player with brawler. Did really well with I think Chompy(?) in doubles.

Honestly the most interesting stuff over here has been a 1132 Brawler doing decent, and VoiD and Ally appearing in chat yesterday. TKbreezy came on chat a couple minutes ago.

This thread belongs in a set of threads called Summer of Smash: These threads' main focus is for players to share information on the various tournaments going on in the weekend ( As Summer is the most stacked season in terms of tournaments, with usually several tournaments of different caliber ). You may find player sharing the pools or bracket predictions at first, then, as the tournaments are happening, share the upsets that happened for those who aren't/couldn't watching/watch, as well as their thoughts on the various matches they've witnessed, and all of what it implies for either the player, or the character they're using.

shell did a great job of using his being hit by pk fire to bait gonzales. Gonzales would come in for a grab, gets shoryued. Nice job.

Gonzales stated in discord that he really doesn't like playing against Ryu it kinda showed he was being a bit too impatient and ran into Shoryus he started to figure things out but it was too late. Good thing he's still in losers

Mad props to Lunchables for placing 25th in a 444 man tourney which also happened to be his first Smash 4 tournament outside of weeklies.

I usually try to condition low recoveries with my Link secondary to two frame with ftilt.

Okay.......that was impressive. Slenderman made max rage Link look like Lucario. He lost, but dang, that rage Link play. Nearly took games 2 and 3 too.
Also mad props for Game 4. He would have died to tipper fair but his bomb blew him away from the blast zone. That, now that's impressive. Good stuff.

I am a little surprised that ZeRo still uses Lucy, I thought MomoCon was the last straw for him.

Tbh ever since HyperKirby started doing well against Fatality, Roys have been popping up. Good to see.
