Lucas: The Magypsies feel a great evil is on the rise. They send Lucas, Claus, and Kumatora on a mission to go investigate. During this mission, Claus gets kidnapped by Wario and gets turned into the trophy. *A few "chapters" later* He, KT, and a few other party members arrive in New Pork City and get ready to take down Pokey and his Primid army. However, Pokey and the Masked Man are left. The Masked Man gets ready to fight you. Then, you pick which character to fight with and you must defeat him while pokey tries to kill you from the background. After, defeating him, Claus comes to his sense and he's permanently a cyborg. They go after Pokey and you can guess from there.

Uuuuhhh...let's see. The Colonel (from MGS games) tells Snake to take down Mario. Mario is on his way to the Halberd. They cross paths and end up fighting on the ship. Then Ridley, who is commanding the Halberd appears, and he is a boss. Beat him and afterwards he is playable!! Freakin sweet!!!

He doesn't have his own storyline in Brawl. He just wanders around, trying to entertain himself by mixing it up with both the Subspace Army and the playable characters. Sometimes he'll be an ally, sometimes he'll be a boss.
For example, Link finally catches up with Wario, who has the Zelda trophy, ad defeats him. But before he can take back Zelda, Sonic appears, says something witty, and challenges him to a fight. Whether you win or lose, Wario uses the distraction to get away with Zelda. Sonic, in his boundless apathy, decides that Link is no longer interesting and leaves to find someone else to fight.
And you get to break your Wiimote, raise your hands above your head and scream "I HATE THAT HEDGEHOG!!".

Here's my Snake story. Colone:Snake! Evil beings are invading Shadow Moses Island! Snake: So. Colonel: They're evil and they're gonna blow the place up! Snake: Fine I'll go there but I'll need back up. Colonel: I already sent them, they should be right behind you. *Snake turns around and sees the Ice Climbers.8 Snake: You gotta be kidding me.

Captain Olimar should be in the game because he would have some awesome subspace/mechanical/bio boss thing. as well as a fun side scrolling course. in coop-op punch some bulborbs as Bowser.... lol funny.

King Boo:
King Boo and his cronies are minding their own business in a big abandoned house somewhere, when all of a sudden, BAM! a Wrecking ball being controlled by a R.O.B is tearing down the Boo's home! The Boos attack the Wrecking Ball, but it just plows throught the Boos. King Boo then steps up and attacks the R.O.B. King Boo defeats it, and he then sets out in search of the one who sent him. Howver, the light was too much for him, and he had to take refuge in a small home in a place called "Pallet Town." He thoguht the house was abandoned, but then a Pokemon Trainer and his three Pokemon walk through the door!
I haven't really thought of anything past that, but they eventually team up.

Pokemon trainer is battling against pikachu, after he has weakened him and is about to capture him two giant capsules fall out of the sky and crash into the ground. Pokemon Trainer looks over to see one of the capsules open up and reveal a subspace bomb followed by R.O.B's starting to initiatate it. The other capsule opens up and Jigglypuff flies out with a trophy gun in her hand. She charges up the gun while pointing it at Pokemon Trainer, once it is about to fire she quickly turns it onto Pikachu who is running toward to bomb. Jigglypuff giggles insanely then flys off with pikachu's trophy in hand. While jigglypuff is flying back into the she sees Pit and Mario running down below. Jigglypuff throws pikachu's trophy into the air which is lifted into the air by a psychic force. Mewtwo teleports next to her while pikachu's trophy is teleported into Metaknight's ship. They both fly down toward Mario and Pit and they begin fighting.

pikachu, being the evil mastermind behind the subspace army, tries to destroy the universe with his evil associates meowth, psyduck, jigglypuff et squirtles
oh yeah! and they should put other characters into cruel, ironic trap to determine how much they are willing to live!!!! (and torture them of course!)
