I've tried going there but those 2 guys that didn't let you in before, saying the same things about how they're protecting the place. Is there anything I have to do, speak to anyone, maybe find the lost key for that woman's hotel room? It's really annoying. :/ I tried going back to the library but

, went back to the main building, went and beat

cyrus or whatever his name is and got the master ball, freed the sprites, etc.

and then I went to the lakes...

No, I mean the place to get the key TO the building in Veilstone.

There should be some pratty Galactic Member standing outside the Headquarters. Talk to him. I need to leave so I'll just copy and paste from Gamefaqs.

Back in Veilstone City, head on over to the giant black building in the
northeast corner of town. That's the Veilstone Galactic Building, and right
now, you're out of luck, because there's no way to get past the locked door
that's inside. However, there's a clumsy Team Galactic member outside of the
building who will drop the Storage Key after you speak with him. Pick it up,
and then go back to where you and Dawn battled two Galactic Grunts and where
you got HM02 (Fly) (it's in the northwest corner of town). Yep, the Warehouse.

Go inside of the Warehouse, and then open the door with your Storage Key
(simply press A on the door and select "Yes"). Grab the Dusk Stone, and then
head into the basement of the Galactic Veilstone Building.

Oh great. I talked to him a while ago, didn't know he dropped a key. He's not there anymore and I can't find the key, walked around outside the NE building pressing A on every square, nothing, and I definetly don't have the key >.<

My problem is that I can't get to lake Valor, the guys who didn't let you in earlier are still blocking me. I'm tempted to see if I can find an AR and get a code to walk through walls and just walk through them.

he is the key to getting in after you do the BS errands for that one person

I've read the walkthrough and done EVERYTHING that's there, had the

and everything and the jerks are still guarding the stupid lake. And yeah I chased the grunt. :/

make sure you aren't mistaking him on the beach and are actually chasing him to the other town.

Not sure what you mean about a beach, but I chased him through the resort, foguht him, and he walked off towards the lake entrance, found the girl, got the headache medicine, and so on.

Did you try going to the lake near your hometown? I visited all of the lakes and fought the snowtown gym leader before I got into the headquaters.

Yeah, thought maybe i had to speak to the doc, wasn't anything there. However since walking thru the guards, continued with the story and got sent to the one by twinleaf and done that part. Was nice to get some more story going
