Stupid 360 Help

I bought Mass Effect. brought it home, and really enjoyed it.

However, the next day, I found scratches all over it.

Could anyone tell me what the best remedy is for clearing up disc scratches?

Oh so you're saying that your 360 scratched your disc..weird...well anyways this is what'd I recommend:

1.) Buy one of those "Disc repairer" things and fix it yourself or...
2.) Return it and hope they replace your disc.

I know what happened. The same thing happened with my friend and Halo 3. If you flip the 360 in any way the game gets scratched inside.

guys i need help connecting my XBOX 360 to live. When I test the connection it fails the I.P adress, how can i get it this to work. I have a ethernet cable wired to my modem and in the XBOX 360.
