General: Street Fighter X Tekken (pronounced "Street Fighter Cross Tekken") is an upcoming 2D fighting game developed solely by Capcom. Namco has only given Capcom the rights to use Tekken characters and is in no way involved with the development of the game. Street Fighter X Tekken will look and play similar to Street Fighter IV, but will add fast paced tag-team fighting featuring Assist Attacks, Tag Cancels and Team Super Combos! Also rumored is the inclusion of a 4-player tag mode, similar to the one found in Tekken Tag Tournament. The all new juggle and tag system is said to give the game it's own unique feel, in an effort to please both Street Fighter and Tekken fans alike!
Utilizing the same graphics engine from Street Fighter IV & Super Street Fighter IV, Capcom is bringing well known Tekken characters like Kazuya Mishima, King and Nina Williams into the Street Fighter universe for the first time ever. The iconic Tekken characters will be re-imagined in Street Fighter 4's highly acclaimed art style; while retaining many of their unique characteristics and signature moves.
