The top picked character will be chapter 40 while the 2nd top picked character will be chapter 41
If there is a tie for 1st place between two characters, then both those characters will be chosen. 2nd place will not be discussed.

If there is a tie for 1st between three or more characters, then the two characters will be chosen based on alphabetical order. This also goes if 2nd highest votes has a tie.

In order to keep discussions in the Match Up Thread as organized as possible, I wish for those participating to show the character stock Icon of the discussed character before talking about he/she/it. Kinda like this format
