This thread is for the new crew drafting system Me and others have created. Each season a member of a crew will choose a new member within the boards who is looking for a crew to be in. Every crew in AZ will have their pick. The order of the picks will be determined by a game of paper rock scissors . Three crews will go at it and the winner will stand. Their will be multiple matches and each winner of the group will be debating who they will choose. After the first group decides, the list will go down alphabetical. So if AZ connection lost in the paper rock scissors match they would be one of the first to choose because of their crew name.
State Smash Trade: After the draft, crews have the options to trade members of their teams to other crew in order to gain one. This is also the opportunity to influence a crew member from another team to join yours. The decision can be made official in this Smash Trade. The founding member of each crew or chosen president can make these decisions. The State Smash Trade is an annual event not quarterly (drafts are quarterly).
Note: This thread is for the discussion of the system. Posts can contain improvements, opposing thoughts of system, or positive thoughts of system. After the system has been approved, then this thread will only be discussion of crew drafts or trades. This means people can post offers and also influence other smashers from other crews to join them. All decisions will be set on stone after the State Smash Draft and State Smash Trade. * If smasher from Cali decides to live in AZ and then wants to be in a crew. Every crew has the chance to obtain this person, either from influence or the outcome of the draft pick. All of this, of course, will either be within a venue or broad casted through youtube or another source.
