STASH help.

I try to run stash and all it extracts is 001.bin and 001.bin.out

And yes, I have legit stage pacs. And yes, I've tried waiting until the CMD window closes.

It won't function without NTcompress.exe and Texconv.exe.
Search for these things on google.
