Starting Weekly Tournament! Hartford County, CT

I'm trying to get a weekly tournament going in the Hartford County, CT. The smash community in my area is pretty small, but I would really like to try and foster it into something big. If you live near here and are interested let me know, and if you have any experience with starting something like this please let me know as well. Thanks guys!
