It's neat as a piece of random art, but way, way too busy for a background. Backgrounds should be relatively simple for best effect.

little tip here, dont just add the images on there and Smudge them up lots and add text, try and figure out a way for all of them to fit, not just smudge them to death until the stick together. i am not being mean here.
